What is the Emergency Phone Queue?
The emergency phone queue is a dedicated phone line that allows you to reach our support team directly in urgent situations when you don’t have access to request support through normal channels.
This could include:
System outages or critical technical issues
Emergencies where you need immediate help
Remember, the emergency phone queue is reserved for urgent situations only and a ticket will still be required for the support provided.
